Exhibitor opportunities are available for the 2011 Industrial Materials Conference, whose topic is The Use of Industrial Materials in Highway and Road Construction.  The exhibitor fee of $500 entitles each participating organization to a six (6) foot draped table in a room immediately adjacent to the meeting room where beverages will be available during the morning and afternoon breaks. 

Tabletop exhibits must be reserved through the IRC by using the online registration service at http://www.regonline.com/IndustrialMaterialsConference2011.  The site accepts credit card payments or checks may be mailed directly to the IRC, but each exhibitor MUST register through the website.  Each exhibitor fee includes one complimentary conference registration.  Additional representatives of an Exhibiting organization may register at the group discounted rate.

Electrical service will be available through the hotel; the cost for a 10 amp outlet is $20.00.  There is an additional fee of $35.00, also payable directly to the hotel, for a Power Strip & Extension Cord.  In addition to any electrical service charges, exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping, setup and tear down arrangements.  Once the Exhibitor fee is paid, the Exhibitor representative will receive an electronic copy of the hotel's Convention Services Guide, which contains shipping instructions and other pertinent information.
