The S12ZVMB MCU family provides automotive DC-motor control applications with a combination of integration and scalability. Integrated LIN-PHY, 12V-Vreg, and H-Bridge Gatedriver allow building extremely compact solutions in window lifters, sunroofs or powertrain actuators.
